Virginia officials announced recently after the former Virgiana election head was dismissed,  that they excluded close to 4,000 votes from the 2020 election. Subsequently this election led to the win of our current President Joe Biden.

Human Error Combined With Difficult Election Environment.

Last month the county elections office explained in this statement “The reporting errors were presumably a consequence of the results tapes not being programmed to a format that was compatible with state reporting requirements.

Attempts to correct this issue appear to have created errors. The reporting errors did not consistently favor one party or candidate but were likely due to a lack of proper planning, a difficult election environment, and human error.”

Half-Million Votes Led To Biden’s 2020 Win

Biden had 500,000 more votes than President Donald Trump in 2020 leading ultimately to his win of presidency. Suggesting that the mistakes made were irrelevant.

White was charged with criminal corruption in 2022, accusations of lying, and also allegations of a misdemeanor.

Her attorney, Zachary Stafford, told NBC that pretrial remarks from a government witness contradicted an allegation made that she was responsible for inaccurate counting of votes in Prince Williams County. Stafford referred to white as a “scapegoat.”

Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares Dismisses The Misdemeanor Charge Against Michele White

Per the Virginia Public Access Project, Biden easily won by a landslide in Prince William County in 2020, stating that he received more than 60% of the entire votes.

The revelation of the gap in number emerges just over a week after Republican attorney general of Virginia Jason Miyares dismissed Michele White’s misdemeanor charge related to intentional negligence. Michele white held the position of former chief election officer and registrar of Prince Willam County.

Specifics About Underlying Allegations Against White Are Always Vague

Miyares dropped the felony charges against white In December 2023. Following the prosecution pointing out that a critical witness had decided to change their testimony.

The Washington Post reported on January 3rd and December 2nd that the totality of the accusations against White have never been fully disclosed to the general public.

1,648 Votes Were Withheld From Biden

According to representatives’ official analysis of the 2020 presidential election, Biden was “shorted” 1,648 votes in the Prince William County Office of Elections, house and Senate disagrees. In addition, 2,327 votes were “incorrectly received” by Donald Trump.

The Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate from Virginia Mark Warner, and Daniel Gade, the Republican, “received too few votes by 1,589 and 107 respectively,” despite Waner winning the contest by more than 500,000 votes.

Attorney General’s Office Attempts To Place Blame On White For Their Own Mistakes

“The board certified incorrect results and they, and the attorney general’s office, attempted to assign blame to Ms. White for their mistakes.”

Mistakes Are Unfortunate

Olsen made this statement “Over the past 3 years, the 2020 election has been the subject of audits, recounts, and investigations.” Furthermore he states that while “‘mistakes are unfortunate, they do not reflect a purposeful attempt to undermine the integrity of the electoral process.”

The former President Trump has since been put on trial for alleged involvement in election fraud. There are now various other legal disputes pending across different courts.

“Split Precincts” Are Where Most Errors Occurred

Republican Rob Wittman was “shorted 293 votes but won by more than 80,000 votes” in his race for the House of Representatives.

Additionally in reports from NBC, Eric Olsen, the registrar for Prince William County, Most errors occurred in “split precincts,” or in areas where precincts are split  into two congressional districts.
